Current Job Openings

Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights is expanding its team across multiple departments. Below are the available positions:

🔹 Front Office

• Bellman
  Requirement: Arabic or Russian Speaker
  The Bellman is the first impression guests have upon arrival. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, helpful, and fluent in Arabic or Russian. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and offer a warm welcome.

🔹 Engineering

• Guest Room A/C Technician
  We’re seeking a skilled and experienced technician to ensure guest room air conditioning systems are functioning at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience and be proactive in identifying and fixing technical issues.

🔹 Reservations

• Reservations Agent
  Requirement: Arabic Speaker
  As a Reservations Agent, you will handle booking inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations while providing a seamless guest experience. Fluency in Arabic is essential.

🔹 Food & Beverage (F&B)

• F&B Manager
  A leadership role responsible for managing restaurant and café operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Candidates should have prior managerial experience in the hospitality sector.

• Assistant Outlet Manager, Lobby Café
  Requirement: Female candidate with a minimum of 2 years of café experience (preferred)
  Support the daily operations of the Lobby Café, manage staff, and maintain high standards of guest service.

• Waiter/Waitress
  Provide excellent customer service in our dining outlets. Candidates should have experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering a great guest experience.

🔹 Marketing

• Marketing Manager
  Requirement: Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a similar role (preferred)
  Lead marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, and digital strategies to increase brand visibility and drive bookings.
